Yes, I’m pregnant.  And apparently the new baby needs much more care than I anticipated.

After plowing my way through about three months of exhaustion and morning sickness, I am now 90% functional–despite the absence of my favorite vice…excess caffeine.

The new baby is due the first part of September, and my husband, son and I are looking forward to learning the baby’s sex at my mid-point ultrasound scheduled for April 27th.

I thought I should post a quick note explaining where I’ve been.  I hope you’ll all join me as my blog enters a new realm: pregnancy-induced unpredictability!
